Refund Policy

This policy applies to WSTOOL purchases made through whatbotpro.net. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record where Paddle checkout is used.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been activated or substantially used, unless a different right applies under mandatory consumer law.

2. Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue, contact support first. We may ask for basic system information, screenshots or logs to help resolve the problem. If we cannot resolve a material activation or compatibility issue, we may approve a refund.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of abuse, repeated purchases/refunds, license sharing, policy violations, unlawful use, or where the product has been activated and used successfully, subject to your statutory rights.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@whatbotpro.net with your Paddle order number, purchase email, date of purchase and a short description of the issue. You may also use the billing support links in your Paddle receipt.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
