These Terms govern the purchase and use of WSTOOL through whatbotpro.net.

1. Product

WSTOOL is a productivity and customer communication assistance software designed to help legitimate businesses organize customer communication workflows, manage contact lists provided by their own customers, prepare message templates and reduce repetitive manual tasks when using WhatsApp Web.

WSTOOL is intended only for lawful, consent-based communication with existing customers, leads or contacts who have given permission to be contacted, or where the customer has another valid legal basis under applicable law. The software is not intended for cold outreach, unsolicited advertising, unauthorized mass messaging campaigns, list harvesting or contacting people without permission.

Features depend on the selected license, software version, operating system and third-party platform availability.

2. License

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a Professional license is valid for one PC for the license period shown on the pricing page and checkout. The license is personal to the customer and may not be resold, sublicensed, shared publicly or used to provide unsolicited messaging, unauthorized outreach, scraping, unlawful marketing services or any service that violates third-party platform rules.

3. Consent-Based Use Only

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every recipient has lawfully consented to receive communications, where required by applicable law. You must comply with all applicable privacy, consumer protection, electronic communications, marketing and electronic communications and marketing laws in the countries where you and your recipients are located.

You must provide recipients with any required information, identification of your business and opt-out or unsubscribe options where required by law. You must promptly honor opt-out, deletion or objection requests.

4. Responsible Use

You agree not to use WSTOOL for unsolicited messaging, harassment, deceptive offers, illegal content, malware distribution, phishing, impersonation, data scraping without rights, list harvesting, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that violates applicable law, privacy rules, marketing rules, WhatsApp/Meta terms or third-party rights.

We may suspend or refuse support, license activation or continued access if we reasonably believe the software is being used for abusive, unlawful or non-compliant purposes.

5. Account and Platform Risk

WSTOOL helps users perform browser-based productivity actions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any third-party platform. We cannot guarantee that WhatsApp or any third-party platform will allow every type of automation or workflow.

Your account may be limited, blocked or banned by third-party platforms if you violate their policies, applicable laws or recipient expectations. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for reviewing and complying with third-party platform terms.

6. Support and Updates

Support is provided by email for installation, activation and basic product usage. Updates are provided during the license period when available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain compatibility, security, quality or legal compliance.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, which may handle payment processing, taxes, receipts and certain billing communications. Your bank statement may show the name of the checkout provider, payment processor or merchant of record.

8. Refunds

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

WSTOOL, website content, trademarks, logos and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you except the limited license expressly granted under these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every system, specific commercial results or continued availability of third-party platforms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or third-party account restrictions resulting from use or misuse of the software.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, operational or product reasons. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
